Fashion Row Collective Brand Ambassador Program Terms and Agreement

 

Agreement Overview: This Brand Ambassador Agreement ("Agreement") outlines the terms and conditions governing the participation in the Fashion Row Collective Brand Ambassador Program ("Program"). By applying to become a brand ambassador and upon acceptance into the Program, you ("Ambassador") agree to abide by the terms and guidelines set forth in this Agreement.

1. Ambassador Responsibilities:

1.1 Promotion of Events: The Ambassador will actively promote Fashion Row Collective events through their social media platforms, engaging content, and personal network.

1.2 Authentic Content Creation: The Ambassador will create genuine, original, and high-quality content that aligns with the company's values and messaging.

1.3 Brand Representation: The Ambassador agrees to represent the Fashion Row Collective in a positive and professional manner, maintaining the brand's reputation.

1.4 Compliance with Guidelines: The Ambassador will follow the content creation guidelines provided by the Fashion Row Collective, including the use of branded materials and hashtags.

2. Content Usage:

2.1 Intellectual Property: Any content created by the Ambassador as part of the Program shall be the property of the Fashion Row Collective. The Ambassador grants the company the right to use, modify, and distribute this content for promotional purposes.

2.2 Content Approval: The Ambassador agrees to allow the Fashion Row Collective to review and approve any content before publishing to ensure it aligns with brand standards.

 

3. Ambassador Benefits:

3.1 Exclusive Access: Ambassadors will receive exclusive invitations to Fashion Row Collective events and behind-the-scenes insights.

3.2 Recognition: The Ambassador's name, likeness, and social media handles may be used in company marketing materials, recognizing their participation.

3.3 Incentives: Ambassadors may receive event tickets, merchandise, discounts, and other rewards based on their performance.

 

4. Performance Evaluation:

4.1 Engagement Metrics: The Fashion Row Collective will track the Ambassador's event promotion efforts and social media engagement using agreed-upon metrics.

4.2 Evaluation Periods: The Ambassador's performance will be evaluated on a regular basis to ensure alignment with program goals and objectives.

 

5. Term and Termination:

5.1 Term Length: This Agreement shall remain in effect for an initial term of [X] months, beginning from the acceptance date.

8.1 Jurisdiction: This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to conflict of law principles.

 

9. Modification and Waiver:

9.1 Modification: The Fashion Row Collective reserves the right to modify the terms of this Agreement at any time with notice to the Ambassador.

9.2 Waiver: The failure to enforce any provision of this Agreement shall not constitute a waiver of any subsequent breach or default.

 

10. Entire Agreement:

10.1 Entire Agreement: This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the Ambassador and the Fashion Row Collective regarding the Program and supersedes any prior agreements or understandings.

 

By submitting Brand Ambassador application, you acknowledge that you have reviewed, understood, and agree to be bound to this Agreement to the terms outlined herein.
