Welcome to our fashion event experience! We're excited to have you as a brand vendor. Before participating, please carefully read and agree to the following terms and conditions:

1.    Application and Acceptance
       1.1    By submitting an application to participate as a brand vendor in our fashion event experience, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to comply with these terms and conditions.
       1.2    Our acceptance of your application is at our sole discretion. We reserve the right to reject any application without providing any reason.

2.    Participation Requirements
        2.1    You must be a legally registered business entity to participate in the fashion event experience.
        2.2    Your brand and products must align with the theme and target audience of the fashion event experience, as determined by us.
        2.3    You are responsible for obtaining all necessary permits, licenses, and approvals required to sell your products during the fashion event experience.

3.    Participation Fee and Payment
       3.1    A participation fee will be communicated to you upon acceptance of your application. The fee must be paid within the specified timeframe to secure your participation.
       3.2    The participation fee is non-refundable. In the event of cancellation by us, a credit will be provided to you that can be applied to a future event organized by us. The credit must be used within 12 months from the date of cancellation. No cash refunds will be provided.

4.    Product Display and Sales
       4.1    You are responsible for setting up and maintaining an attractive display of your products throughout the fashion event experience.
       4.2    You must ensure that your products are accurately priced and labeled.
       4.3    You are solely responsible for the sale, fulfillment, and customer service related to your products. Any issues or disputes arising from the sale of your products will be resolved directly between you and the customer.

5.    Marketing and Promotion
        5.1    We will promote the fashion event experience through various marketing channels, including but not limited to social media, email marketing, and physical signage.
        5.2    You grant us the right to use your brand name, logo, product images, and descriptions for promotional purposes related to the fashion event experience.

6.    Insurance and Liability
        6.1    You are responsible for obtaining and maintaining appropriate insurance coverage for your products and activities during the fashion event experience.
        6.2    You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising out of or in connection with your participation in the fashion event experience, including but not limited to product liability claims.

7.    Termination
        7.1    We reserve the right to terminate your participation in the fashion event experience at any time, for any reason, without liability.
        7.2    In the event of termination, you will not be entitled to any refund of the participation fee.

8.    Governing Law and Jurisdiction
        8.1    These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Georgia.
        8.2    Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms and conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the State of Georgia.

By participating in the fashion event experience, you acknowledge that you have reviewed, understood, and agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions.
